Join us this Sunday, March 24th, for our inaugural BEH Brew Day in celebration of St. Patrick's Day. Our gracious host for the day is Kyle, who resides in the Navarre neighborhood near Delgado:
đź“Ť 729 Viosin Street, New Orleans, 70124
🕛 12pm–til
We'll be brewing a high-gravity batch using Greg's 20-gallon kettle and diluting it in the keg to yield four 4.5-gallon portions. If you've agreed to take home wort, please bring a sanitized corny keg. We're kindly asking for a $10 contribution to help cover the costs of the malt. Kyle, Ben, Stephen, and Greg are already on board!
Considering the upcoming heat, we're brewing a refreshing Kolsch. However, feel free to customize your beer to your heart's content! Remember to grab your own yeast—check out Brewstock on Saturday if you're not out parading, because they will be closed on Sunday.
This gathering will also double as a potluck and beer-share. Kyle has graciously offered to provide some burger patties, so please bring along some buns, fixings, homebrew, or anything else you'd like to share with the group. We're expecting around 10 people. It promises to be a great time—hope to see you there!
